Accommodation Rate From £320 per week low season to £650 per week high season. Short lets are available throughout the year with rates available on request. A minimum 3-night stay is required for short lets. Single supplement may apply. Credit cards accepted.

Please Note

1. Beech Farm House operates a no-smoking policy.
2. We are very pleased to welcome infants under six months and children above 10 years of age.
3. Sorry, no pets allowed.
4. Check-in time is 15:00 with the check-out time at 10:00.
5. Weekly lettings are from Friday to Friday.
6. We do not charge VAT (Value Added Tax).
7. Rates will vary throughout the season and may be subject to special offer reductions; please check at time of booking.
8. A deposit to the value of 50% of the full costs of your stay is required at time of booking, with the balance payable six weeks prior to the first day of your stay.
9. A booking is a legally binding contract between Beech Farm House and the visitor.
10. If a booking is cancelled or not taken up, a "No Show", and Beech Farm House is unable to re-let the accommodation, then a charge will be made for the unoccupied accommodation.
11. Over the years we have found that people have to cancel their bookings for many different reasons, and we strongly recommend taking out insurance to cover the possibility of cancelling your holiday.
